Dear Graduates of Year 2009,

    According to the related regulation of the government, graduates of this year can have their personnel files, registered residence and membership credentials transferred to the companies they work for. If the companies don't have the authority of managing personnel files and registered residence, graduates could have them transferred to the local Personnel Exchange Service Center for personnel trusteeship.

    Our company doesn't have the right to manage those files, so please take your graduate certificates and domiciliary transfer certificates to the Human Resources Department on July 8th or July 9th 2009. We will transfer them all together to the Personnel Exchange Service Center of Wuzhou City and go through the formality for you.
